- Estimated Delivery Dates: All delivery timelines provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: payment processing issues, stock availability, vendor or decorator delays, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment Requirements: Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and approved. Declined or incomplete payments may result in delayed processing or cancellation.
- Product Availability: All items are subject to availability at the time of order. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer and work to provide alternatives or adjust the order accordingly.
- No Refunds for Delays: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delays may occur and agrees that no refunds or discounts are automatically owed due to estimated delivery timelines not being met, provided the ordered items are ultimately delivered as described.
- Good Faith Effort: We are committed to delivering all orders in good faith and providing high-quality products. Any goodwill adjustments, discounts, or accommodations are at the discretion of our company and are not legally required.
